Team days & stakeholder survey
The Company Secretariat team at the John Lewis Partnership has benefited from annual team workshops focused on elevating the value and impact of governance and building the influence of the team within the Partnership. A stakeholder survey was designed to validate perception of the teams' work and further to identify future ways of working with stakeholders.

Governance skills workshop
Following a series of acquisitions, the Markerstudy Group sought to align ways of working and set good governance practices across the group. The themes of this workshop were tailored to enable the participants to understand how to consider evidencing challenge in board minutes as a consequence of being FCA regulated.
