Book a call with Laura via www.calendly.com/cosec-coach. After the call, a proposal will be emailed to you which will outline the terms and format of coaching.
We offer two ways to invest in your development. You can choose to fund the coaching yourself or you can request approval for your employer. The costs are included in the proposals following the initial discovery call.
We accept direct payments to our bank account and credit card payments (via Stripe), although an additional fee of 1.5% will be added to cover Stripe fees. An invoice will be generated and circulated to you along with a summary of the coaching session.
We work around your needs and diaries. All bookings are managed online and can be rescheduled in the event of a work issue. We often suggest every 3 weeks to allow enough time for reflection and follow up actions.
We understand that time is precious, we find that our coaching clients prefer online calls. When you book your session, you will automatically be sent a Teams invitation.

We ask for a time commitment of 60-90 minutes for our coaching sessions.
There's no limit on the number of sessions you can request although we usually find that 3-4 sessions is most common.
We support anyone who may be working in governance or a governance-related role; which may include; Company Secretaries (any level), General Counsel, senior management and/or board members. Our coaching clients enjoy the ability to talk freely in 'governance speak' - to have someone who really gets what it's like to work in governance in today's evolving and challenging regulatory landscape.
