Laura has over 20 years experience of operating in a variety of Company Secretary roles for FTSE100 and FTSE250 organisations, including the role of Group Company Secretary (FTSE250). 

During her career, Laura gained a wealth of experience in the boardroom and has served as a trusted adviser to boards and executive management teams. She has been recognised as a Governance Hot100 winner (Board Influencer category) and is trusted to design and deliver bespoke, online and classroom training for the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (CGI) on a range of governance topics. Laura is an in-demand trainer and speaker at the CGI's Annual Governance Conference.

Laura is a Fellow of the CGI, an Associate member of the Institute of Directors (UK) and serves as an active mentor for the Women's Corporate Governance Association. 

Laura graduated from the University of Glamorgan with a BA (Hons) Law and Legal Studies with History and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.

Laura holds a Bronze level certification in Coaching for Performance (Performance Consultants International) and is currently completing the Certified Insight Coaching Practitioner Programme (ICC accredited).
