Laura has over 20 years experience of operating in a variety of Company Secretary roles, most recently as Group Company Secretary at Elementis plc. She brings energy, enthusiasm and empathy to ‘CoSec’ life. A believer in developing talent, Laura strives to ensure that all team members reach their next level.
Laura is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland and serves as an active mentor for the Women's Chartered Governance Association.
Laura graduated from the University of Glamorgan with a BA (Hons) Law and Legal Studies with History and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.
Laura holds a Bronze level certification in Coaching for Performance.
Phil has over 25 years experience as a Company Secretary and has a flair for share schemes, annual reporting and corporate transactions.
He loves problem solving and has been a trusted adviser to a number of FTSE listed companies. Phil is currently Company Secretary at Palace Capital plc.
Phil is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
Phil graduated from Middlesex University with a BA (Hons) in Law and Economics and gained a LLM (Commercial Law) from University of Bristol. Phil obtained his Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Nottingham Law School.
