We offer individual coaching programmes which can be employer or self-funded. All coaching sessions provide a safe space, free from judgement and designed to enable reflection and insight.
A typical programme is set over 6 sessions (although less may be needed). A coaching agreement is entered into by both the Coach and the Coachee (the person receiving the coaching services).
We offer facilitation of team days and workshops. This can often help to overcome difficulties, reset strategy and find new ways of working with stakeholders. Recent themes have included; building trust, raising the profile of the CoSec/governance team, prioritisation of goals, working more effectively as a team and understanding the real impact of governance.
We can provide a tailored training solution for you and/or your team. Our recent work includes working with the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland to deliver training on board effectiveness, directors duties & liabilities, role of the company secretary and how to create impactful board papers. We can also provide 1-1 training for General Counsel who have taken on the role of the Company Secretary.
We offer independent effectiveness reviews of the CoSec/Governance team.
Our work includes stakeholder interviews, documentation review and actionable recommendations. Our recent work includes a FTSE100 travel company and a FTSE100 financial services company.
